My Take

If you have read my blog for long, you will know that I keep homing pigeons and have a dog.  You may have noticed my blog roll includes links that are pigeon related.  I would like to introduce you to a new pigeon and pet forum called Pigeon & Pet Chat.

I found this forum while browsing on Pigeon Talk and I really enjoy reading the topics and the posts the forum members put up.  You will find it a good place to browse and read about topics that are pigeon and pet related.  Brad, the forum owner, has forums for all things pigeon related and also for dogs, cats, birds, and other pets.  It also has a general chit-chat area that can be used to discuss other topics, as long as it is not political or religion related.

As with any new project of this type, there have been problems with some of the software and the servers.  It is also discouraging to have very few members, but I feel like it has the chance to become a very valuable resource to those who have questions regarding pigeons or other pets.  Yes, it is still young and small, but it is growing and you can be a big part of that growth.  I encourage you to visit the site and join the forum, but just joining isn’t enough. It doesn’t matter if you have a question or just a topic you are interested in, but once you have joined, you need to post in the forums.  You never know when the question you ask may bring an answer that will help someone else who has a similar problem. You never know when the topic you bring up may be the very thing that someone else is wondering about themselves.

So, come on over to Pigeon & Pet Chat and see for yourself.  I believe you will like what you see.
